Life Helpers Initiative is governed by a distinguished, independent Board of Trustees registered under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAC/IT/25232 (September 2007)). The Board provides non-executive strategic guidance, fiduciary oversight, and programmatic accountability across all 11 operational states.
